1. Nature of Services
GetStillSpace provides online reflection sessions intended to support mental clarity, self-reflection, and general well-being. These sessions are NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed healthcare professional or emergency services immediately .
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age .
3. Booking of Sessions
• Sessions are offered in a package format consisting of 8 (eight) weekly sessions.
• Users must select and pay for a session package at the time of booking, based on the type of session chosen.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email along with session schedule details.
• It is the user’s responsibility to attend sessions at the scheduled time. Rescheduling available only on DEEP REFLECTION SESSION and 8 WEEK PROGRAMME, before 2 days from session day, where permitted, must be requested in advance through our support .
4. Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking through the payment methods available on our website. Prices for sessions are displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change for future bookings without affecting sessions already booked.
5. User Conduct
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
• Use the platform and sessions only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
• Treat session facilitators with respect and courtesy.
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute any part of a session without prior written consent.

GetStillSpace.com does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or improvement from participation in reflection sessions. Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all online reflection session packages booked through GetStillSpace.com. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Session Package
Payment is collected in full, in advance, at the time of booking, based on the specific session type chosen by the user .
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund available only on 8-week mental clarity reset programme .
A refund request is made before the start of the 3rd (third) week of the 8-week session package.
If a refund is requested before the 3rd week begins, the user will be refunded the amount corresponding to the remaining, unused sessions in the package. Sessions already completed (Week 1 and Week 2) will be deducted from the refundable amount, and only the value of the remaining sessions will be returned. Once the 3rd week of the session package has commenced, the booking becomes non-refundable in full or in part, regardless of the number of sessions actually attended by the user. No refund requests will be accepted or processed after this point.
3. How Refunds Are Calculated
Refunds, where eligible, are calculated as follows:
• The total amount paid for the 8-week package is divided by 8 to determine the per-session value.
• The value of sessions already completed or elapsed (up to and including Week 2) is deducted from the total amount paid.
• The remaining balance, corresponding to unused sessions from Week 3 onward, is refunded to the user.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at hello@getstillspace.com with your booking details (name, registered email, and booking date) before the start of the 3rd week. Refund requests made through any other channel may experience delays.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, the eligible amount will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Refund requests made on or after the start of the 3rd week of the session package.
• User’s failure to attend scheduled sessions, where the session slot was made available.
• Voluntary discontinuation of sessions without a formal refund request submitted within the eligible window.
• Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
7. Rescheduling vs. Refunds
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may contact our support team to explore rescheduling options, subject to availability.
Rescheduling is treated separately from refunds and does not affect your refund eligibility window. Rescheduling not available on Intro session .
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to bookings made after the updated policy is published on GetStillSpace.com and will not retroactively affect bookings made prior to the change .
